About This Pipe
Not to be confused with Werner Mummert's morta pieces, the Old Oak pipes are made from oak beams salvaged from a 16th century church — an unusual medium, but then, Werner is an unusual pipe maker. By which I mean, a maker of unusual pipes. In this case, the unusual-ness takes the form of an unusual, ancient material source being put to use to create an unusual, boldly modern style of straight Bulldog, simultaneously extra-stout of form, and extra-crisp in every line.
