About This Pipe
While maintaining a unique aesthetic all his own, you can often find some Benni Jorgensen influence in Lasse's designs. This bent Dublin, for example, features both the impressive rim-breadth and smooth, upward-arcing curve along the shank often employed by Lasse's father in some of his signature shapes. Like many of his other designs, however, Lasse's taken that influence and made it all his own — lending the flanks an extra strong taper down from the rim, further emphasizing the soft, extra-high, extra-broad waistline. The shank and step have been slightly abbreviated and set to create a subtly firmer stance. The result is a unique take on a classic Danish design, and one which Lasse has here executed to perfection.
