Underwood Pure Billiard (2025) Tobacco Pipe

After working at both Castello and Caminetto, Luigi Radice founded the Radice workshop along with his son in 1980. Radice has since become one of the most recognizable marques in Italy, offering quality pipes marked by bold Italian neoclassic proportions. This Billiard by Radice is dressed in their signature Underwood finish, an organic rustication that resembles melting wax, a quintessentially Italian pipe-making motif. Shape-wise, this piece is quite conservative and proportionally balanced compared to the workshop's other designs, keeping a compact profile with a touch of muscularity throughout. The bowl sits proudly on a flat heel, allowing this piece to sit without the aid of a stand. Apart from the rare Pure line, the stummel remains unfinished, sure to patinate handsomely with time as it's smoked.
