About This Pipe
Light in palette and definitely so in proportions, here Micah Redmond has created a delicate slip of a sandblasted Belge in tan and sky blue. This is a very classic sort of shape, indeed going all the way back to clay pipes, and a simple one by nature; but that doesn't stop a very fine execution of it from really standing out. This one by Micah I think would have stood out even if he had gone with just your usual black or cumberland stem (though I do say the choice he made is, again, very fitting to this gracile design).
