About This Cigar
Available only at Smokingpipes, Blackbird's Flamingo is the brand's first exclusive cigar from factory to shop and their first Lancero, making it an exceptionally novel release, further rarified by its limited quantity. As a blend, the Flamingo features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over a United States binder and filler leaf from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and the United States. Like all Blackbird releases, the Flamingo boasts colorful box and band art that echoes the flamboyancy of its namesake.

This cigar was an absolute delight. 1am on the back porch, the solace of the night, the chatter of an invisible owl and uninterrupted Gershwin along with this cigar made for an evening I’ll always remember. Creamy and mild with pinch of spice, earthy without being in the dirt.

First impression. To me this is akin to the Don Pepin Blue Lancero and the Tatuaje 20th anniversary only cranked to 11. The retrohale is pepper/spice Armageddon. Winning! ...no hold that ...Sheening! At the band right now, burn line is perfect.
