About This Cigar

La Flor Dominicana is one of the most respected cigar brands in the industry, producing hand-rolled cigars that are sought after around the world. A family enterprise, LFD prides itself on overseeing every aspect of the production process, from growing and harvesting leaf on their farms to manufacturing the cigars in their factory.

Though La Flor Dominicana was established in 1996, Litto and Ines Gomez, the two founders of the company, have been active in the tobacco business since 1994. In 2024, the pair celebrated their 30th year working in the industry, and they celebrated the milestone by crafting a special cigar. Known appropriately as the 30 Years, these cigars feature an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, an aged binder from Cotuí in the Dominican Republic, and fillers from La Flor's farm in La Canela, Dominican Republic. These cigars have been rolled in the brand's iconic Chisel vitola, which features a unique taper through the upper barrel, terminating in a broad, compressed head with a small, flat cap on top. It wasn't enough to create a completely new cigar to celebrate their three decades working with tobacco, as Litto and Ines have packaged them inside an eye-catching, timelessly-styled humidor made at the Gomez family's own box factory. This humidor features a vibrant yellow exterior with charming storefront-style imagery on the top of the lid, and opening it reveals yet another bit of striking iconography: a portrait of Litto and Ines riding horses through a lush field of tobacco.
