While a well-maintained pipe has the potential to last a lifetime, sometimes fate has different plans, and stems are the most common victims of pipe-related accidents. Thankfully, Peterson offers acrylic replacement stems, identical to those fitted to pipes but sold separately here. This version is designed for Peterson System shapes and is offered in full-bent configuration with a P-Lip button.

A replacement Peterson full-bent system P-lip stem fits
specific, modern Peterson System pipes, including shapes #302, #303, #304, #305, #306, #312, #313, #314, and #317. These stems are typically for pipes made after 2017 or 2020, and are not universal, so they may not fit older or non-system pipes, or even other Peterson shapes like the #307 or Dublin. It would be great if SmokingPipes offered a 9mm filtered P-Lip System stem. I have three System pipes, a 303, 313 and XL315. The 303 came with a 9mm filter stem that fits the others perfectly! So it would be a cinch to offer that to people like me who prefer 9mm and would like to add more stems to convert additional system pipes....Read More

Stems are not “one size fits all.” So I took a chance on this fitting my Peterson that needs a new stem. Sadly it didn’t fit either my 307 or Dublin. They do however fit my two 315XL perfectly.
