I bought one of these, maybe a year or so ago. To be honest, it has been a disappointment. First, the quality of construction is poor. The joints have become loose, with a lot of side play. Second, the edge on the blade is very poor, and it is not very effective at scraping out excess cake. Finally, the tamper has sharp corners that can easily gouge the inside of the bowl.
