Light, simple, inexpensive, functional, and offering an artful look as well, these 8deco bamboo tampers are a bargain. Like many of 8deco's tampers, the "foot" features a ventilated design, allowing you to effectively puff and tamp at the same time - quite useful when coaxing a smoke back from the brink of sputtering out.

edges of the bow easily to make a nice cone. It also has holes which is supposed to prevent putting out the ember. I’ve even saved the feet and put into a custom tamper with one. For the price, it’s worth trying and handle falls just fine....Read More

Very inexpensive tamper that is worth every cent. Love the perforated plate, which allows smoking while tamping. This makes for very efficient use of draw and heat transfer, and stokes the cherry perfectly.

Not heavy at all, still feels solid though. I wanted to get something for my Meers and this little tamp is great for them. I dont ever feel like Im going to chip the bowl using this
