I'm a big proponent of bristle cleaners, but these just don't have much in the way of bristles. These are nowhere near as good as the B. J. Long bristle cleaners.

cleaners "might" be equaled, but they are unsurpassed.
The length and diameter may be industry standard, but that's where the similarities end. A generous population of high fiber-count, unbleached premium cotton bristles are extra absorbent and securely woven into the braided steel shaft to resist pilling. I've not encountered shedding or pill-balls yet. The luxurious bands of plastic scrubbing bristles come in a contrasting Brigham royal blue livery that at once testifies to their uniqueness, premium quality, and attention to aesthetics as well as mechaiics; elegant yet sporting. It's immediately clear to the casual observer that these cleaners are a cut above. Due to its handsome looks alone, a Brigham Bristle is the one pipe cleaner I would WANT to be seen using in public.
