One star dinged for quality control
The stand is a great design and would have solved my needs perfectly, but the quality control just wasn't there. The top two pieces of wood were attached at a crooked angle causing the pipes to lean left. Had it been straight, it really would have been a nice piece, but it ultimately got returned. I think I probably just ended up with one that shouldn't have slipped out the door. I'll try again when they come back into stock. UPDATE: Upon leaving my review, Steve with customer service proactively reached out to me and offered a multitude of ways to make this right. Customer service was exceptional. They truly care and I'll continue to be a happy customer well into the future. Thank you Steve and SmokingPipes.com!
