Lovely looking but...
...not sure what the perfect bowl shape is that will stay still in the shallow and flat "cups" (don't know what else to call them). None of mine are of the shape to allow them to sit without rolling over due to the slightest movement of the stand, and none of the pipes I store on it are of a particularly unusual shape. If I had it to do again, I would have returned this very quickly as my pipes always look disheveled unless it's immediately after the myriad of times I realign them. As I said, it's a beautiful looking piece of art...but art alone it is, not function.
