Cornell & Diehl - CPCC 30th Anniversary: 2026 2oz
Solid. Different.
Tin note of sharp cheese, sourdough and stone fruits. Super bready, sweet, hits of funky fruity flavor here and there. Can’t get over the sharp cheese note, there’s traces of it all the way through on the retrohale. No bite or threat of bite or harshness. It’s familiar yet novel. A+
G. L. Pease - Bankside 2oz
Bravo
Finally cracked a tin after just under a year of aging. Best bowl I’ve had in a while. The casing is reminiscent of Plum Pudding. Glad I bought 2. I’ll be getting more, can’t wait to see what more time in the tin will do. I highly recommend.
