Has worked just fine for me
I should state that I bought one of these long ago, probably around 2012, so mine may have been made prior to the ones now being sold or listed in most of the other reviews. Mine is one of these Brigham Stainless ones that I bought from a local smoke shop about 10 years ago and it's held up perfectly in that time. Hasn't come apart, hasn't rusted or stuck, and has been easy to clean. The poker and scraper springs still work exactly as they should. So I guess my advice is: buy one of these secondhand if you can find it, because then you know someone else has tested its quality for you.
