Lush, rich sweetness to it after only two years of aging
Gawith, Hoggarth & Co’s Brown Flake Aromatic combines quality hot-pressed, dark-stoved Virginias with Burley varietals, flavored with licorice, fig, and tonka bean essence. For those who dislike goopy and artificial flavored tobacco, no need to worry, the aromatic side is not at all overly done, just a faint, pleasant and natural aftertaste, as the Lakeland essence. I also regularly smoke G&H Brown Flake Unscented and you can taste the same quality components and raw tobaccos. On the other hand, if you like full aromatics and don't like to taste the natural flavors of Va's and Burley's, this might not be your cup of tea.
