Another one for the cellar
Immediately up in opening the tin I knew this needed some cellar time. It's good and smokable, but flavors haven't married yet

It's good, but not ready to smoke
Putting this one away till next year. Needs some cellar time. The flavors are quite superb but the overall experience says age me.

It's just not good
I tried. I really did. But, this one is just bad and cherry is my thang.
