A True Pipe Smoker’s Blend: Bold, Pure, and Unforgettable
As a seasoned pipe smoker, I can confidently say this is pure tobacco executed to perfection—a true blend for pipe smokers, not candy smokers. This medium-bodied flake is a masterpiece, devoid of any heavy toppings or casings. While there’s a distinct floral note present, it’s just a very subtle touch of the Lakeland essence—far from the infamous strength that often divides opinions. I attribute this delicate aroma to the white Malawi Burley used in the blend, likely toasted and paired with dark-fired Burley for a harmonious balance. The blending notes confirm the use of Malawi Burley, reinforcing that the floral undertone is a natural characteristic of the tobacco itself. This is a man’s tobacco—rich, bold, and straightforward. I’ve smoked this in several pipes, and unlike blends with stronger Lakeland toppings, which are notorious for ghosting, this one leaves little to no lingering trace—at most, a subtle presence after about three bowls in a single pipe. A truly remarkable blend for the discerning smoker.

Nice and bright, Perfect amount of sweetness and strength. somewhat cereal like oat flavor. A sleeper Tabaco. Packed with nicotine, not mild, similar to DLF, little stronger.
