Velvet - Velvet 7oz
I was wrong, actually quite good second take
The first time I smoked this, I didn’t care for it. That was more than a couple months ago. So I put it up on the shelf and forgot about it. This morning, I decided to give it another try. Tin note is wonderful, light and sweet. Fresh even. Easy to pack in my MM cob, lit easily and stayed lit. Mellow smoke. Light tasting, no real topping notes. Paired well with the black coffee. Maybe all it needed was a couple months on the shelf. Don’t know but would definitely buy it again if this experience continues.
Arango - Balkan Supreme
Consistently the best most enjoyable!
This is consistently the best most enjoyable tobacco I smoke! There is nothing I don’t like about it. The room note is wonderful, fragrant and relaxing. Never overpowering. I love the tin note too, reminds me of campfires and musky earth. The smoke is tasty too. Burns to ash completely. I find it perfect as an all day smoke, in traditional pipes, briars and cobs, falcons, as well as my gourd calabashes and meerschaums.
Cornell & Diehl - Folklore 16oz
Hopefully it improves with age
3 bowls in, I find myself impressed with the smell of the cake whenI open the jar but each time disappointed with the smoking qualities. I’m hoping it is better in a year

The Tale of the Mighty Cesurians
- ► That rambling word salad blog post read like something written by chatgpt and was at least n-1 paragraphs too long. I hope the tobacco is better.
