Cornell & Diehl - Dark Fired Kentucky
Very good DFK
Strong, spicy & smoky. The jar note smells like bbq. It tastes like it smells when smoked, but with an added element of spice. Really good stuff, five stars.
Sutliff - 507C Virginia Slices
An excellent smoke
Arguably the best Virginia around. I love it. The slices measure about 9”’ which I cut into thirds before I jar them. Just buy some, highly doubtful that you’ll be disappointed. Enjoy!
