stain all over the inside of the bowl and shank
You shouldn't dip a pipe in stain and sell it, especially if the picture shows otherwise, I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it was this, the quality control is also lacking as I am missing a chunk of material deep into the wood (in a spot that takes away from the structural integrity of the diamond shank) and one side of the bowl is much thicker than the other!!! Like damn , last but not least the stem doesn't make contact with the pipe on one side and the metal bolster is very thin which obviously isn't a problem but does give it a cheap look with all the other problems it has and y'all deserve to know it's thin before you buy it. On the bright side: the finish will rub off gradually and it looks cool in my opinion, the stem feels great I love that material. As for other things the fit seems to be rly tight and with aluminum going into the wood, + the bowl is basically centered with the hole at the bottom. I wouldn't return it, I just wouldn't recommend it......
