My flavor profile has been fulfilled by this blend. It has all the bold and transitional flavors I look for in a daily smoke. It’s nuanced, spicy but not too much so, smoky but not a latakia forward presence, it fills ever checkbox for me. It says rum/aniseed, and while it’s by no means aromatic, it has just a few aromatic qualities that take it a step beyond the already established natural flavors. Every leaf in this blend finds its way to the taste buds, none are masked or overpowered, they all create a symphony of rich creamy smoke that tests your palate to pick out the flavors but also throws them at you vs needing to go hunting for them. 10/10 my favorite. My key notes are: Musty damp woods, mild smokiness, cinnamon/vanilla, twangy cedar and leather, and both black and white pepper. Great smoke output and mouth feel, no bite, nothing harsh, but not a morning smoke unless you’re using it to wake up. Stocked up!
