Great smoke..only reason I’m giving it a 4.5 is it was a little on the dry side..could be that way cause I bought a pound and not a tin. The way this stuff smokes and tastes is amazing tho..definitely a must try if you haven’t. I must let you know the pound I received has almost 6 months age to it already..can’t wait to see what a few years will turn this already great smoke into

Bought 8oz and have no regrets..this is a great all day smoke..a little wet upon arrival but better that then dry..will be ordering more soon
