Not able to discern notes myself, but I get it when other member's describe their experiences. As a gentlemen posted prior, "very nice, starting out a little sweet and some citrus acidity. As the bowl progresses I get less acidity and more earthiness and oaky/tannin flavor." Thank you Mr. Samuel B. You nailed it for me. I buy this by the 8oz now. It's a nice palette cleanser to the Bulkans I have going most of the day. These days, I take two coins, let air dry 10-15 minutes, roll-up, and stuff in. I have a few narrower, deeper bowls that seem to perform better as the coins can be a bit long when rolled-up and cause a tight draw. Cheers Fellas'. This was fun. My first review.
