blocked stem
Just received it and was ready to load the bowl and discovered that the stem was somehow blocked. Unable to draw any air thru it. The shaft to the bowl is fine. Everything else about it is what I expected. Am using one of my old cheap stems until (hopefully) I can get a replacement stem.
