Dan Tobacco - Da Vinci 50g
Dan makes 'em better than this one
Tin aroma: Unique and excellent. Won't guess anything different than what others have said. There is a "wine" element to the tobacco and it's lovely. Light: Dan tobaccos seem touchy to me - maybe it's just me. When they're lit, they burn well (Devil's Holiday, SVH, Blue Note). Overall impression - this is quality tobacco as all Dan's are. However, I agree with one review that sad it burns surprisingly hot. I can't recall a tobacco that was this hot in the bowl, despite normal to slow pacing. I cannot get beyond this after multiple bowls, and am tempted to chuck it, but know better and will instead keep it around and revisit again someday.
