If I could only smoke one blend forever, it would be this. The vinegar tartness never gets old. My only regret is that it is too expensive to daily. $50 for 8 oz is better than the 2 oz price, but still steep compared to Sutliff. They say you get what you pay for, and I agree, but I want to retire.
