Rattray's - Old Gowrie 50g
Awesome blend!
Reminds me of marmalade, there's definitely a sweetness to it. Just so happens to be my kind of thing

Arturo Fuente - Hemingway Between the Lines
Spice supreme!
1/3 creamy spiced chocolate with coffee beans, some herbal and earthy hints. 2/3 slightly nutty. More spice on the chocolate, cinnamon, pepper and nuts with herbs. 3/3 spice heavy with cream foamed coffee, roasted nuts, herbs and chocolate. Loved this cigar and would definitely buy more if they become available again

Superb Last Third!
The whole cigar is great but the last third has an explosion of flavors, specifically in the spices department!

Rocky Patel - A.L.R. 2nd Edition Robusto
Exceptional Cigar
Super smooth cigar with espresso and cacao notes. Produces lots of smoke, burns evenly and has a nice ash!

Romeo y Julieta - Reserve Real Twisted Love Story
Pleasant
pronounced creamy coffee, with subtle sweetness. Midway through getting some cacao with bold tobacco taste. Some earthiness with spice, subtle herbal. Towards the end, black coffee with cream and pretty herbal with mix of spices. Mid body. Perfect with coffee or a dark/stout beer

Rattray's - Red Rapparee 50g
Pleasant
The taste is peculiar, hints of spiciness, leather, while also being slightly sweet and musky, and perfumey and smokey on the exhale. The tin note is odd as it is smokey and smells of barbeque sauce to me. It's as if I walked into a Texas BBQ restaurant, given the smokiness. I personally don't enjoy the tin note, but I feel a selected few would. What I do enjoy though is the flavor I described above. I personally would enjoy this fine tobacco on a cold autumn or winter day, so I will cellar it and come back to it then. Edit: months later, I revisited this blend and must say, it's quite nice. Turned more fruity and raisin-like. I will rate higher

Better The More You Smoke
I'm a very inexperienced pipe smoker as I started not even a month ago. When I first got this blend I was only able to really taste the tobacco and slight creaminess. I sit here smoking this blend while writing this review. I can now taste vanilla and lots of creamy smoke. It's a smooth blend and mild in terms of strength. I wish I could smoke this indoors to get an idea of the room note, but the bag note is very very strong, almost even offensive to my senses, but you get used to it. Overall this is a pretty good smoke and I would recommend it.
