Good Virginia flake
The Virginia's are the star even though it has a casing. Which is a delicious subtle addition to this flake. Ages well in a cellar too despite the casing which fades but doesnt turn sour like some toppings do when aged too long. Although I've never been patient enough to eclipse the 5yr mark.
